Poor Print Quality or Missing Colors

If severe streaking or missing colors continue, initiate a ‘Clean Printhead’, ‘Nozzle Clean’ or ‘Deep Clean’ via the printer control panel ‘Tools/Maintenance’ menu, one to three (3) times in a row to help recover the ink system. You may need to perform a PRINTHEAD hot-water flush if the printer has been idle or rarely used – refer to links below.
