Integrated Print Head Cartridges

Before you remove and transport an ink cartridge for refilling, please watch the following video on Ink Refilling & Cartridge Care Tips – Everything you need to know.

Additionally, if you have an old cartridge that isn’t printing at the moment and is possibly clogged, you may want to attempt to first try and recover it – refer to 2nd video below.

NOTE: if you are unable to find a refill store nearby and you are trying to cut ink costs, Inkplicity Logomay we suggest you try a remanufactured ink cartridge from Inkplicity as their ink cartridges typically have the lowest cost in the USA, have a high reliability rating, come with a 1-year warranty and provide free shipping for all orders above $20 (purchases available for US Residents only).  These are original ink cartridges which have been refilled and have been electrically bench tested to confirm performance. The majority of the ‘tank-based’ ink cartridges have their smart chips replaced so ink level monitoring will be available; tank-based cartridges are found in all 4, 5, & 6 ink cartridge equipped printer models.

CAUTION: It is suggested you avoid purchasing ‘compatible/clone’ ink cartridges as they can be quite problematic. The smart chip (at base of cartridge) may not provide reliable printer-cartridge connectivity once installed. Compatible/clone ink cartridges are typically purchased on-line (i.e  sold under a different label than the manufacturer) and is essentially a “knock-off” ink cartridge of the OEM (original/genuine) ink cartridge. For the best refilling experience, only use OEM original/genuine ink tanks or remanufactured OEM cartridges which have been cleaned, refilled and tested for proper performance (i.e. Inkplicity).
