* For a compatible, remanufactured or re-branded ink cartridge which has been purchased on-line or at select retailers (i.e sold under a different label than the regular HP, Canon, Epson, Lexmark or Dell cartridge packaging) which is essentially a re-manufactured/compatible cartridges vs. an original HP/Canon/Epson/Lexmark/Dell genuine ink cartridge, we would need to know this as well to properly assist you.
