You may attach a photo with your message (5 MB max: i.e. photo of error message/printed output issue).  An Inkjet411 Team member will get back to you just as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience in advance.

NOTE: In compliance with General Data Protection Regulations (European customers), we will remove any personal information from our database upon your request.

* For a compatible, remanufactured or re-branded ink cartridge which has been purchased on-line or at select retailers (i.e  sold under a different label than a trademarked HP, Canon, Epson or Brother cartridge) we would need to know this as well to properly assist you. For ease in identification, remanufactured (original cartridges which have been refilled but exhibit a different brand name) and clone/compatible cartridges (some of which are illegally imported into the US/Canada/Europe) will NOT have the HP, Canon, Epson or Brother trademark logo engraved or affixed to the cartridge’s top or side label.

ᵻ What is GDPR and how does Inkjet411 protect your personal information?

What is GDPR?

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union. GDRP standardizes data protection law across all 28 EU countries as well as imposes strict new rules on controlling and processing personally identifiable information (PII).

GDPR applies to all organizations holding and processing EU resident’s personal data, regardless of geographic location. If an organization offers goods or services to, or monitors the behavior of EU residents, it must meet GDPR compliance requirements.

What is considered personally identifiable information (PII)?

PII is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. The types of data considered personal go beyond just name, address, and photos. GDPR extends the definition of personal data to include other identifiable attributes, as applicable.
